Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Straightforward and easy to claim

Hassle and Chase-Free

It's not often nowadays that you can make a claim with a company and then it not occupy much more of your time. Usually there's countless emails and calls checking progress and chasing for money to be paid in to your account, as well as a million questions to be answered, not once usually twice or three times. ManyPets take all the stress out of having to make a claim. After the initial form you can be safe in the knowledge the claims team are dealing with the request efficiently. Easy and cheaper than others

Quick, efficient, refreshingly easy to deal with!

We have a dog with a complicated medical history. We have made multiple claims and they have been paid promptly. On one occasion, where there was a delay, we were notified every step of the way and when I called to speak to someone, they were so helpful and resolved my query. No fuss claims

I have claimed a few times with Many Pets and it’s so easy. It literally takes a minute or so online then they do the rest. I also have a policy that is fixed price as I got my dog insured under 2 years so the payments will never go up no matter how old she gets. I have never had a problem or an issue with many pets, and I also get free video calls with actual vets which is a great help. 5 ⭐️ Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
