Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Quick, trouble free payment of claims

I have been unfortunate to have a sick dog that went downhill over several months. Every vet claim was payed very promptly even the larger ones. The staff whom I spoke to when I rang, were sympathetic and kind, and sent a lovely card of condolence when my dear Gethin eventually died. My other dogs are still insured by Many Pets, and I'm confident I will have the same experience of efficiency and concern should I need to make a claim for them. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Easy, helpful and stress free

Can’t recommend this company enough. Great customer service, claims portal is super easy to navigate for me and my vet. It’s been a stressful year with my dog and many pets have really helped to take the financial worry away for us so I can just focus on his health.
