Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Simply the best!

At last an easy option

After arguing endlessly with former providers over cost rises or waiting to be re- imbursed for treatment.finally I was recommended to Many Pets by a friend. What a breath of fresh air. Competitive pricing and a superb website so easy to use and complete. I have not needed any services but friends have with no issues at all. Especially brilliant is the online vet service. Easy and quick

Have been with Many Pets for a year. Find the staff really friendly, genuinely seem to be pet lovers and the time we claimed it was sorted within a week with very little effort my side! Plus now we’ve paid the excess, we won’t have to pay it again within 12 months. Have recommended to friends and family. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Very good pet insurance company
