Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Just so easy and worry free

Fortunately I have only had to use our pet insurance once. Once I had had the initial phone call, Bought by Many dealt directly with the vets, which took all of the worry away, allowing me to focus on my dog. I would thoroughly recommend them! Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Fantastic service

After i had to rush my westie to the vets after eating a box of mince pies they helped out with everything and was paid out 2 weeks to the day.
