Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Extended Family

First time pups owners. Fantastic experience. Relief to know that our family is protected by our extended family Bought by Many. Hassle free experience when claiming and at the end of an email or phone call. Even altered my next year renewal to lower amount after one of the pups was spayed. The best Pet Insurance I have ever had..!!

Bought By Many are the best pet Insurance I have ever used, and I have used all of the big names. They are incredibly easy to use, wonderfully helpful and basically a joy to deal with and I never thought I would say that about an Insurance company...!!! Long term customer

I have been a BBM customer for many years. My experience with them has taken me through covid with a dog that was initially paralysed then some 60% recovery due to a spinal chord injury. I thankfully chose the top tier plan for my Bernese Mountain Dog Rahni as she has been supported for the last 3+ years since her injury by BBM with MRI scans, hospital fees, laser therapy, ongoing Hydrotherpy and repeat prescriptions which repeat each year. Yes my monthly payments obviously go up each year but not as much as I would expect them to. I can without doubt say that if I did not choose the plan i did the costs for treatment would not of been possible and our Rahni would not be with us now. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021
