Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Best Pet Insurance

Our pet dog has diabetes and went blind with cataracts caused by the diabetes. BBM have been fantastic and paid the vets fees in full and a timely manner. Thankfully the cataracts have been removed and she can see clearly again. Would recommend BBM to anyone considering Pet Insurance Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Out of hours advice.

Getting to a vet during COVID has been difficult but when issues occur at weekends or evening Bought by Many have the online consultation service. This was easy to use and you can use FaceTime so the vet can see your pet. Used on Saturday the vet was able to remove our worries by reassuring us it was nothing serious and to modify feeding until we could get to our own vet. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

good value for money, great service

I havent needed to make a claim as yet but my experience of dealing with BBM has been very positive. Its simple and straightforward and is definitely good value for money compared to some of the other insurers out there. Premium increases year on year also seem fair and sensible. I have also used the online vet and had a video call with a vet which was excellent and Id definitely make use of that again in the future. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Best Pet insurance ever.

We’ve had dogs for over 40 years, also taken out insurance, but this one is simple to use, we get constant updates, it’s very reassuring to know if we need them, they will be there for us. Excellent 5* service evertime!

Having two cockapoos with skin allergies i've needed to claim for some medical treatment, each claim is dealt with in a timely and professional manner (quickest turnaround was an hour I think!) - can't fault them and think I'm about to receive my sixth referral reward.
