Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Professional and user friendly

BBM have been so incredibly efficient throughout my dog’s illnesses. When you’re having to make a claim, it can be a very stressful time because of course your priority is your pet. The fact that you can put in your claim so easily online is enormously helpful. Within minutes you get a response via text to say that BBM have received your claim. You were then kept updated until a decision is made. This is without doubt the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. My beautiful Bernese mountain dog has unfortunately developed a chronic condition and it is really important to me that I know that I can trust BBM to fund the treatment that he needs. First Class Service And Compassion

Having had to claim for death of our Miniature Schnauzer recently we were very impressed with the way the claim was handled. The staff involved were brilliant and showed a lot of compassion and understanding regarding the death of our pet and couldn't do enough to help with our claim. The service and speed of settlement of the claim was first class and would definitely insure our next Miniature Schnauzer when he arrives with this company. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Best pet insurance by far.

No fuss insurance & claims
