Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

The most amazing and easy to use service! Will never go anywhere else!

We have been unfortunate to have a puppy with a broken leg and bought by many we’re soooo easy to use and supportive! You just had to fill in a simple form and the claim was underway! Peace of mind 24/7

Amazing

My cockerpoo has had lots of problems with allergies and ear infections and Bought by Many have always settled the vet bill quickly and efficiently without me having to complete endless forms they prices for insurance are also very good. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Never had a problem claiming they made it so easy
