Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Superb service

Full cover for a competitive price. Their insurance has proved invaluable as I have had occasion to claim 3 times for my dog and each time, the service has been excellent and the bills paid promptly and without issue. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Although we haven’t needed to claim (thank god) we find BBM really easy to set up and looks easy to claim if you have to.
