Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good value for money

Quick and Transparent

Stress free experience in troubling times

Bought by many have taken the stress out very difficult times with my Border collie. When she’s been injured by a broken bottle in a stream, and had to undergo several surgeries the last thing I wanted to think was vet bills. With BBM I didn’t have to. I opted for an excess-free policy and all surgeries were covered. I didn’t have to pay a single penny or complete a single form. Even when my naughty collie gnawed her bandage off and opened her stitches and had to have another surgery. Highly recommend BBM as a compassionate, cost effective and simple insurer.
