Amazing support during pandemic

During the pandemic my mini schnauzer became poorly with an upset tummy and I was really worried about him, so I used the virtual vet service and was astonished at the quality of the service, I was able to book a virtual appointment with a vet same day at a time of my choice, and they not only spoke to me to ask questions but they "virtually" examined my dog! it was very clever, my hubby held the phone whilst I showed her my dog and pressed and squeezed all the relevant areas showing his teeth etc she was able to recommend me a treatment I bought off the shelf at a local store and he was back to his old self again within 24hrs! brilliant service, I've told countless people about it since, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend bought by many to other worried doggy parents like myself, this service brings you peace of mind when your trying to decide what's best for your pet and whether or not you need to take them to the vet! Unbelievable policy and claims process

As a dog owner of many years, I've had a number of pet insurance policies. The terms of this policy are by far the best I have ever seen with the excess only being charged once in a year and not per condition. Too good to be true, I'm thinking.... After recently making claims for my dog, I can't believe how easy it was. Various claims were submitted online, I received regular updates by email and the claims paid promptly into my account. Easy claims & various policy types

I've been with BBM for nearly 3 years now. In that time I've had to claim twice. Both times were so easy to do, quickly processed and paid out. My dog required prescription food which I bought from a shop as opposed to the vets as it was cheaper but, when I decided to claim it on insurance, BBM had no issues with paying out despite not buying from the vet, and even when I didn't have full receipts for some of the food! I was expecting them to decline the cost of those bags but was pleasantly surprised when they paid out for the whole lot. In my experience so far, they are fair and trustworthy, doing what seems right for your pet and not focused on making money. Their multiple policy options also make it accessible for everyone to cover their pets, so owners don't have to worry about weighing up their pets health against financial strain. Fantastic service and low premiums

When Sadie, my gorgeous cockapoo, was poorly last year I had to make a claim. It was simple to do, payments were made quickly and the process was simple. When your pet is poorly you do not want the worry of money and with Bought by Many this was one thing you didn't have to think about. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
