Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

A range of products to suit every need and reasonably priced

Best insurance no Excess to pay

Bought by Many have paid out in full for every claim I make and there have been a lot! My whippet has ripped his dew claws 6 times and each time they have paid! And now they have paid over £350 to have them removed! Reviewed on: 19th September 2020

Hassle Free

I love this pet plan, having owned dogs for years, I find Bought by Many the easiest and less expensive of all of them and never hesitate when someone asks about pet insurance to suggest them. Everything is just so simple.. Reviewed on: 19th September 2020

Great company and great products

Quick and efficient service

When I have unfortunately needed to make a claim, they have dealt with it promptly. Their website claims process is quick and efficient and you receive regular updates. Would recommend.
