I have never have to make a claim so far, however they were amazing in recommending the correct cover for my dog who has a pre-existing condition (which most of the time isn’t covered in new plans). From the start to finish of my insurance claim paid direct to my vet and all done on-line allowed me time to concentrate on his puppy health needs. Best Pet Insurance ever

Best prices quoted for overall top insurance. Originally, 3 older cats & one dog plus insured pre-conditions for my dog when no-one else would. Overall, better rates too. Caring customer service especially when 2 of my 3 cats died of natural causes only some 9 months apart. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Comprehensive cover at a competitor price and quick to respond when you need to claim back costs

Our cat is covered for a fair and competitive price at an amount the vet recommended. When she recently split her leg jumping the fence I needed to claim back medical costs. It was easy to do on the app/website and was acknowledged and paid in a timely way. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Excellent! Bonus having First Vet App for aces to a vet 24/7

We’ve been so pleased with Brought By Many and halved our premiums on our previous insurer (despite NEVER claiming it went up so much each year) Brought by Many helped us insure Bertie and when we needed to use the ‘First Vet App’ which comes with your policy when Bertie got stung by a wasp the vet & advice was brilliant & so quick we had an apt within 15 mins! I’ve recommended BBM to at least 4 friends already and a client of mine who’s getting a new pup very soon. Thank you BBM for incredible service & peace of mind Bertie is in caring hands.
