Fantastic and effortless

After a really poor experience with another insurer a friend recommended bought by many and I can't sing their praises enough. Great service, the app is fab and when my dog had an injury the claims process was seamless and I received my settlement in a matter of days. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Best pet insurance company.

Our young Labrador was ill taken to vets for treatment. Vet put claim forward to Bought by Many. Claim settled without any problems. Very happy with service and new insurance quote accepted without delay. A++++++ Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

What I appreciate is being advised monthly exactly how much is taken

I bought a puppy found the insurance pretty reasonable, when my puppy was a year old one of his testicles did not drop your insurance had no issues with paying for surgery just completed insurance form and payment on receipt of the vets bill was paid promptly Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Respect and help

I have claimed twice with Bought by Many on boyh occasions yhe staff have always been respectful and extremely helpful. When dealing with claims, you are kept informed of everything that is going on. The best pet insurance in the world.

When we unfortunately had to make a claim for our dog Bella who had a crucial ligament operation we were really worried and concerned about the financial side and with great relief our pet insurance with Bought by Many were absolutely brilliant explained everything reassured us and kept us up to date with everything they were superb every step of the way and paid out exactly what they said they would. I have recommend them to family and friends because you hear some awful stories with insurance companies but not the case with Bought by Many they were very helpful, courteous and very reassuring before and after the operation.
