Our puppy was having surgery near his eye and we were stress because of the procedure and the cost but the staff on the BBM customer service were very friendly and accommodating. They answered all my questions and raised the claim for me. Due to covid they set my expectations that it may take longer to process the claim but everything was quick enough. Simple to use website and incredibly supportive and sympathetic phone support when it has been needed. My lovely pet is quite ancient but I would make Bought by many my first port of call in future. Very easy and straightforward claims process, with a speedy resolution. Claim staff friendly and helpful. I purchased the ‘no excess’ policy, having spent years paying vet bills which just came under the excess! Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
