Highly recommend for Dog insurance

Good price for great cover, my renewal didn't go up even though I have claimed twice and they paid out both times with no issues. Claims are easy to do, just photograph your vets invoice and send online. I have used "pet plan" and "more than" with my previous dogs but "Bought by many" have been the best. They even cover typical Frenchie issues such as Boss surgery! Highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Very good interaction with knowledgeable staff

Very impressed by knowledgeable telephone contacts. Helpful, friendly attitude gave me the incentive to use this provider of pet insurance. Less impressed when an early claim for intestinal upset with puppy was rejected. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

honestly thought my insurance would be through the roof this year as my dog had to have plates put in both back legs due to damaging both cruciate ligaments, was dreading my renewal this year and i couldn't have been anymore wrong. I have made 2 separate claims for my cats and it is so straightforward. When one had to be PTS BBM were so kind and reminded me s couple of weeks later that I had forgotten to claim ! Very refreshing when I have become used to being challenged by other insurers. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
