Excellent and efficient service after our beautiful German Shepherd had an accident while we were on holiday. They liaised with the emergency vet as well as our local vet on our return. No paperwork for us to sort out as all done over the phone with friendly and supportive agents. We hadn't been with Bought by Many for long when this occured and then within a few months there were further complications with the dog and yet another claim. It was such a relief to know that we would be able to recover the cost of treatment which had mounted up significantly. All this came at a time when my husband was undergoing serious health issues and hospitalised, so it lessened the worry to be able to speak to someone and know that it would be sorted out. We have had our cat Meg insured with bought by many for about 5 years now . We went with them after reading how much more you got for less money than our previous insurer. We have been fortunate that we have not had to claim yet . But reading all reviews I have every confidence in them if we do have to . Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Easy to make a claim and quick decision.

My young shiu tzu had ulcers in her eye and needed several visits to the vets, including a specialist eye vet, who found the cause of the problem. My vets were able to put the claim in for me, which was great for me and the claim was settled directly to the vets very quickly. This was a great relief for me and I was kept up to date each step of the claim by Bought by many insurance. Great service. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
