Amazing Insurance for Animals & impeccable customer service for People!

Luckily I have never had to claim or use my insurance in 11 years and have just started using Bought by Many for my puppy GSD. He needs x rays and treatments and Bought by Many have been amazingly helpful and reassuring and human throughout all of my queries and I can’t thank them enough for making a hard situation that bit easier! Cheaper, Easier, Better.

Was a refreshingly different approach to buying pet insurance. One of my furry buddies was sick 4 years ago so had felt chained to my old insurer with a pre-existing condition. BBM changed that and brought down the monthly premium as we had not claimed for more than 3 years. So far, no problems and the level of cover for now older cats is the same as it was before. I had to make a claim earlier this year . Under sad circumstances. Every member of staff on the customers service team that I spoke to were so understanding and sympathetic. Nothing was to much trouble,I highly recommend Bought by many for your pet insurance ,lovely staff. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
