I was struggling to find an affordable but yet reliable and consistent company for pet insurance. They talked me through it all over the phone and even when I missed a payment due to card detail complications, I phoned them and they were so nice and understanding and helped me pay it and now it’s all back to normal. The staff are really helpful in the phone and the website is easy to navigate. The pet insurance products were easy to understand and everything came through by email very quickly. I’ve also heard good things about the company when people make a claim, which I haven’t needed to do as yet. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Quite simply the best pet insurance out there!!!

My dog Benny, an English springer spaniel was diagnosed with canine lymphoma at only 18moths old - thanks to Bought By Many he is still with me and is now just over 3 years old! BBM were incredible and have paid for Benny’s treatment without any quibbles whatsoever Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Really happy with the experience I had for my first time puppy. I always prefer calling an insurance company and the agent that I spoke to was professional and knowledgeable. The process was so smooth and got the highest level of cover for my puppy at a very good price! I was made aware of all the upgrades I would need for my puppy, if I didn’t call I wouldn’t of known half as much! A vet available 24/7? This is the place to insure your pet for peace of mind!
