To date I have not had to make a claim against this policy - and I hope I won't need to! - but I am really well impressed with the service provided to manage my insurance. The application was simple to follow and easy to understand, and this is the ONLY insurance company I have ever used to insure anything (and I'm now 70) who provide the courtesy of letting me know every month when they are about to take a payment from my account.
