Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Amazing, friendly, caring company

What an amazing company each time I have had to make a claim I have received 5 star service and I could not fault them. From start to finish they make it so easy and keep you up to date the whole way through. The staff are friendly and informative and make you feel stress free. I won’t be changing my insurance company and I have recommended them to everyone I know who has a pet or thinking or getting one. Again 5 star rating. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Friendly helpful staff

Good value and claim experience.

As a relatively new customer I had to make a claim. The claim was settled promptly. Will need to see the extent to which claims effect the renewal premium but given that the premium was nearly half of that of previous insurer has to be good value. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Amazing Service

Our little pup has been through quite a lot the last few months and thanks to Brought by Many pet insurance we gave not had to worry one bit. When we put our original claim in we were told it would be resolved with in 3-5 weeks but was done a lot quicker and our last claim was resolved within a week.
