Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Eat pet insurance ever!

We have been with them for a three years now and have used our policy a couple of times and each time, nothing was any trouble they were very efficient and most helpful. Have already recommended to many people!! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Quick and efficient

Quick vet advice on the other end of a video call

I recently signed up with Bought By Many. Not long after my cat had some illness symptoms that I was concerned about and it was a Friday evening so I was worried that I would not be able to see a vet until the following week. With my insurance I get 24/7 video calls with a vet and so within half an hour I had had a call with a vet who had put my mind at ease. What an amazing service. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Excellent customer service, affordable , relaible pet insurance.

I have 2 of my cats insured with bought by many for the last few years. My mum also has 4 pets insured. We have made a few claims recently for 2 of our pets and the process was smooth and speedy. No claim forms to fill in, the company were quick to respond when we advised them of a claim. The waiting time for our claim to be submitted and completed was also to satisfaction.
