Never thought I would need to claim but when I did I was not sure what to do so I telephoned, the responder was very kind and put me at my ease and explained the process clearly that I could understand. I found the claim easy to understand and was kept up-to-date with every step of the way. I highly recommend Bought By Many to anyone that needs insurance you will be in safe hands.
