Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good company

Unfortunately I had to make a claim but it was a easy process. Claim was accepted and they paid my vet direct which was a God send. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

The best Pet insurance we've had in over 45 years.

This company are straight talking in easy to understand language. It's very easy to set up, really lovely staff who you can talk to if you need to. Polite and understanding. I'd recommend them every time. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

My Dog nipped someone

I spoke to my Insurer who gave me a case number and that was followed by a Solicitor ringing me as the person was trying to claim damages. The case is ongoing but I feel that this company has served me very well. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

No fuss, no vast expense, no trickery

I could have bought the insurance on line but it seemed ‘too good to be true’ and you know what that often means. So, I called customer service and spoke with a lovely lady who explained that ‘No, your dog’s previous surgery has been taken into account and the price quoted was the price I would pay. End of’. Helping to keep my troublemaker safe & healthy

I suppose it's lucky really, the fact that I've not needed to use Bought By Many's services all too often. My 'little man' is Bo, a 1.5 year old Main Coone cross, who love exploring and making new friends. However, some of those friends don't return the sentiment, and my fluffy orange loaf has come home with an injury in the past. Bought By Many was fast to respond and help me claim on the vet bills to help little Bo get happy and healthy again, and going forward I'm given a really strong peace of mind to know I have a company like this just waiting to support me and my adventure hungry trooper. Brilliant

I have been a customer of Bought by Many for three years now, I took out the insurance because I made a mistake and they were the only insurance company that would take my cat on with pre existing conditions. Great cover at a reasonable price

I switched from another provider after discovering I could get double the cover for My dog at £1 more than I was paying now and £129 less than my provider wanted on renewal!! What’s not to love Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
