Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best pet insurance ever!!

Cant fault Bought by Many for pet insurance, got all my pets insured with them. They were excellent when I made a claim, kept me up to date and paid out very quickly. Staff are friendly and kind when dealing with a death of a pet. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Great value

Fantastic pet insurance

I have had a really good insurance policy for my dog and so have not moved elsewhere. They also do offers that are beneficial to customers like discounts on pet food which can be useful for people who have fussy pets. I would highly recommend Bought by many. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
