Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great service, quick action

My cat needed to go to the emergency vets which was a large unexpected bill. I submitted my claim online to Bought by many and got a notification that it may take 3 to 5 weeks to review. In the end it only took 3 days for the claim to get claim approved and the money was in my account the next week. Great service and would definitely recommend to friends and family. A great experience all round!

The premiums are lower than our previous insurance and also had zero deductible. When we had a claim, the process was easy and we were able to follow progress. Peace of mind.

It was easy to insure our Greyhounds with Bought by many. The cover is excellent at a competitive price. The best thing about it is that if you don't make a claim within the year you receive 20% of your premiums back as a lump sum! All insurance companies should adopt this approach! Bought by Many has to be the best company/service i've ever used. Competitive pricing. Easiest quote and setup system. Easiest claim system with frequent updates.
