Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Access to unlimited online vet calls sold it for me

I was recommended by a friend who had obtained insurance for his dog. The main draw card for me was the Unlimited online vet consultations which I already used once in the first month just for piece of mind. Also the policy I signed up for has fixed premiums for life so whilst the premiums are higher now I was put off by reviews of other providers mentioning exorbitant increases in policies after the first year.
