Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Flexible cover AND unlimited video-vet appointments

I shopped around a lot and found that Many Pets offers the best level of cover (any condition is covered for life, not upto a limit), but with various options to decrease the premium by increasing the excess, so it's less of a compromise between level of cover and cost. I chose one that's a little more per month but you get 20% back annually if you don't claim - that works for us as we'd only claim for something major. The best benefit is unlimited free video vet appointments. Especially when we were new dog parents, this was invaluable in checking out cuts, upset tummies etc, without the inconvenience and cost of a vet's appointment. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Great company

Im on my second year with manypets having a big clumbsy pup its there for security Only spoken to them once on renewal as I received different prices easily sorted and as I didn't claim that year I got some money back no problem. Plus you get lots off added benefits, I utilised the free vet on there easy to make an appointment great advise received unfortunately still needed the vets but will use that again. Happy with manypets insurance...

Happy with manypets insurance for our dog, any time I spoke to the customer service or claim team, they're very polite and willing to help with any questions I had. The only downside for us, this is a bit of an expensive pet insurance though we don't mind paying the extra knowing our pet is safe with manyptes. Thank you all for your support t date.
