Until now I hadn't even heard of Marsden BS.

Until now I hadn't even heard of Marsden BS. My Financial Advisor had previously used Marsden and suggested we look at their products. Our situation is quite unique as we are both in our 60's and needed an interest only re-mortgage. All the team at Marsden have been so polite, professional and very prompt with all correspondence. Great customer service

My aunt had a mortgage with Marsden and sadly following a diagnosis with early onset dementia she had to move into a care home. I was able to manage her account through a dedicated support person and registering the power of attorney and managing the redemption following the sale was made so simple. I am so grateful to Wendy for her support at a really difficult time and praise their customer service. Reviewed on: 13th February 2024
