Absolute scam artists ! Stay clear !

Awful company ! Take your money refuse to help you especially if you have a claim no number have wait days for a response from a chat box! Threatened and bullied me when o tried to ask for help ! Dragged their heels when dealing with my claim so they could charge me more money and now will not tell me the location of my own car ! Stay away from theses crooks . Reviewed on: 5th July 2023

if i could give no stars i would

i contacted the insurance to change my address and was told my monthly premium would go down however it has not, my monthly payments have gone up, i then contacted them about this but they are very quick to end the conversation and tell me that it is not possible. i am being scammed out of money by this company as if i go onto the internet and enter my new address the payments are over £100 cheaper a month than what i am currently paying. Secondly they have refused to change my payment date which i have asked for multiple times and i changed jobs, they then send me emails saying they will cancel my policy if i dont pay but ,maybe if our customer service was a bit better and you weren't all worried about yourselves you'd understand that circumstance do change. this is the only insurance company i have ever known to have these stupid ideas. i will be cancelling my policy and going with someone new. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Reviewed on: 28th June 2023

Mess mellow

Taking policy is hassle free after that, they scam new immigrants who took insurance policy by increasing premium after a month of renewal. Reviewed on: 27th June 2023

Can't contact them

Trying to insurance myself with them. They've taken my money and I cant contact them by email, phone or chat. I dont seem to have an account so can't access details. Can't drive my car cos I don't know if I'm insured. Their email on their website is incomplete. Wrong website on their website! Not a good start Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023

Scam alert

Do not buy.i had an accident 10 days ago and I'm still waiting for them to collect it. I got so fed up I said I'd use my own garage only to be told that I'd have to pay an additional 250 fee.this is madness . They cannot collect my car but yet they still want to charge me for finding my own garage to fix it. No courtesy car although I'm paying for it.total scammers.i will be posting as many negative reviews and report them to FCA. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all cost all they will do is take your money.

So I took out insurance less than 2 weeks ago and tried canceling it, as you are supposed to get a 14 day cooling off BUT no this company not only over charged me they took all the money then had the hide to charge more on my card. Zero stars if I could

If people are smart, they won’t insure with this company. £950 excess!!!! Increasing a premium from £4K to £5k after submitting an accepted proof of no claims? Outrageous. Gone with another company. The Rip off

My car was hit by a lime bike damaging the bumper wing and mirror. I put a claim in for the repairs and within two days the insurance was cancelled by Marshmallow. Wish I had read the reviews first .The company actively scams people, what I did not understand is with 68% of reviews that state how bad they are , why are they allowed to trade or advertise as an insurance company. I intend to highlight this scam to the papers and TV , rip off Britain . I will also post the reviews on social media and anywhere else I can to highlight the scams they perpetrate . Such business

It's that time of year once again. The insurance renewal quote slinks into my email inbox. It doesn't knock, it isn't invited. The dread fills my stomach once again. The search is nearly on... But what's this I see befoe me? Marshmallow?! It cannot be. Surely car insurance can't be this fun and fulfilling. Alas it can. Please, do yourself a favour. Use. This. Company.
