MORTGAGE - EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have had a mortgage for the past 15 years with The Melton and always found the service offered to be excellent. It is so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to somebody promptly who understands the products and offers good advice. During the mortgage term I was able to take advantage of fixed terms deals and also use the Offset Savings Account facility to reduce the balance owing in a shorter time frame than originally planned. I would definitely recommend The Melton to anyone seeking a mortgage or indeed any other financial services... totally first class ! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2023

Offer niche service

I originally went with Melton mowbray as they offer a family buy to let option which I struggled to find elsewhere. Have been very happy with the service provided and they recently helped me switch to a normal buy to let and were very helpful. Reviewed on: 16th November 2023

I had to remortgage when I started to rent out a property to a family member, the Melton are one of the few companies who offer such a product. From the start the staff have been helpful and efficient, with emails and phonecalls answered promptly. Reviewed on: 15th November 2023
