It is refreshing as well as helpful to be able to pick up a phone and speak to courteous, well informed staff. I have found communication with The Melton to be outstanding. Where necessary matters are clarified by email and in all cases matters are dealt with promptly. My experience is notable and the organisation has been very impressive. Reviewed on: 10th June 2023
