Thank you to Mr Daniel Newing at your Melton Head Office

Mr Newing has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me receive the latest information about my Capital Payment for my Mortgage with the building Society and the new revised lower monthly payments on my Mortgage as of 1st August 2023. The issue has been a lack of post from the Grantham and Nottingham area, and Mr Newing sent the full details by post on a to be signed for delivery. In fact most of the post I have been waiting for since the end of June 2023 arrived this morning with the letter I had to sign for. Apparently major problems at the Nottingham Postal Hub according to the new Post Lady on the Langfrod Gardens Grantham Route. The have been absolutely outstanding! We are using a self build mortgage product, and you can guess with the cost of living increases our budget has gone up. Responsive, Professional, Informed Advice

Really can’t rate the mortgage team highly enough. They are quick to respond to queries, and provide detailed guidance at each step of the process. A mortgage application is of course a very big deal for the us as applicants and their approach helped us feel supported and listened to rather than “just another application” for them to process.
