Have some concern over the length of time taken to open the fixed rate bond, perhaps a letter of acknowledging reciept of application would have reduced my concern that the application and cheque had gone astray. Reviewed on: 19th July 2023

Approachable staff, bright clean premises, good opening hours. I had to come in the previous day to be able to open my account, I was told to bring ID but nothing was specfied lucky I brouight the right things with me, please advise on correct items of ID when it is specific.
