Initially the person on the phone was unhelpful, dismissive and not interested as we progressed the conversation it got a little better but I would not employ her. Reviewed on: 24th October 2022

ISA transfer

I put in 60 days notice for an ISA transfer. It was due on the 10th October, phoned up on the 18th October and was told head office deal with it and it'll be done that day. Still not showing in my new ISA account. Come on Melton you used to be a really good and efficient building society. Reviewed on: 20th October 2022
