Very efficient savings account opening at Bourne (via post). Being able to input form online as opposed to by post (form) might be an improvement, saving on printer ink and stamp. Overall, good service, well done. Reviewed on: 29th August 2024

A regular saver acccount was shut without facilitating continuity. The new one has a financial trap where after 12 months I'll reach the drop off rate of interest rate halving. Reviewed on: 29th August 2024
