Easy telephone service, pleasant and efficient. Good savings rates. Better to have a branch in Norwich, would do well. Reviewed on: 9th December 2024

Account took longer to complete set-up than would be usual (delay from external party) but I was kept informed which was helpful. Phone calls from Melton were tricky because you wanted security information for me which I wasn't willing to give to an unknown caller. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2024
