Metro Bank retains services for charities

My local group of a charity group was very pleased as Metro Bank still offers banking services at no charge to small charity and group accounts when most other 'big' banks have introduced killer charges or withdrawn their services for community groups. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

They make it so easy to open an account

From being able to print a bank card on the premises, to the guidance for a first business bank account, you feel taken care of and the attention to detail is great. Their opening hours and days are far greater than high street banks. This flexibility means I can focus more on my business than scheduling the right time to go to the bank. Quick Easy Banking

Friendly and professional service

All of my encounters with the banking service, in person, via phone or email have been well-handled, with a swift reaction time from the staff and friendly service. The online and mobile services are extremely easy to use and with quality security assurance.
