I have been banking with Metro Bank for a many years now and I am very pleased with their services. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the ap is very easy to use. I love the fact that they are open on weekends, which is very convenient for someone like me who works during the week. The branch I visit is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. Best banking service in Uk. All the other banks in UK have gone downhill. I hope Metro bank will continue with the same standards as now. We need more branches of Metro in Uk. Metro understands and treat everyone who walks in to their bank with respect. Other banks are racist and treat everyone as a criminal who needs the banking services. When we ask reasons from other banks they simply refuse and say because we can. Other banks are bully and misuse their power just because they have monopoly. Convenient Banking for Business

Metro Bank seem to be the only bank with physical premises who make banking more convenient for me, they open longer each day and every day. We can use online banking but sometimes you need to physically go there, there is parking where we go, a drive through cashier etc, it's a world away from our previous bankers Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Best bank ever!

Having banked with Barclays and Halifax in the past, Metro are a breath of fresh air. Always able to phone, I've never really had to wait long to speak to someone and my account manager is fab!!
