Metro Bank is the only bank open when customers are not working, this means that they thought about you. Has the benefits of extended hours, open 7 days a week and a personal touch. A dedicated branch manager this level of service is great. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Staff at Metro bank are dedicated and committed to service delivery. I recall how I opened my account at the Chelmsford branch with ease with great support from the staff.
