Excellent Customer Service

I was a Barclays Business customer for 35+ years but was very unhappy with the decline in personal services provided through the bank over the years, we took a bold step and transferred all of our business accounts to Metro Bank and we haven't looked back since, the service from the management team is second to none, if there is a issue you speak with a allocated banking personnel in the UK instead of a computer or someone overseas. Friendly, Helpful, Efficient

As a college society, we wanted to set up a bank account to formalise our accounting procedure. In contrast to other banks, Metro Bank was exceptionally helpful in letting us know how the account would work and making it easy to hand management of the account over to future committees.
