Outstanding customer service

Excellent customer service every time I have had an enquiry. Dealt with quickly and professionally. Merry Hill branch staff are great and always happy to help. The app is easy and trouble free to use enabling me to do most of my banking from the office. Opening hours are far more convenient than other high Street banks. Highly Efficient Banking Service

I was unable to use my new debit card, due to forgetting my pin number. I went to the Tottenham Court Road branch for in-house help. Not only was I able to deposit some cash into my account, I also walked away with a new card in my hand. It was conducted so speedily and with such efficiency. I literally was stunned, as it was so unexpected. I was truly waiting for them to tell me to expect my new card in the post in the next few days or weeks. Excellent customer service
