Great Customer Support

I’ve moved to Metro Bank with my personal and business accounts and I can’t express how happy I am with the decision. First of all they open 7 days a week which is absolutely amazing to be able to sort out your business on a Sunday Simplicity is another strong point They keep it simple and easy Customer Service is amazing App is super simple and easy to use And something I’ve never seen before is that I had my card and been able to use the account 5 minutes after been created on Sunday They printed my bank card straight in the bank!!! A bank for small businesses!

As a small business it's often the case with high street banks that you don't get that personal service like you would if you were a larger SME or corporate business. At Metro Bank this is not the case! I'm delighted to have my own, dedicated bank manager who deals with my business accounts who I can contact directly whenever I need to. This personal service makes you feel valued as a customer rather than just a number. I would highly recommend Metro Bank to any fellow small business owners! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
