Metro Bank Revelation

By far the best service and bank I have had the pleasure of using. As stated "revelation" as every time I use there service I am happily surprised with there simply approach and understanding of my needs. Let alone there quick response or actually having a branch open on a weekend... Have been using my business account with them for +5years now and will not look anywhere else. Very Convenient opening times. Great customer service

Cost Effective

Have used Metro since 2014 we were with one of the big high st banks - they charged and overcharged and were no supportive. metro - we have a man (can we say man) he is our go to if and when we need support (not a body support). Service great. Except when queuing in branch - not so much now as 99.5% pay by transfer. Metro Good, Metro - cost effective, Metro simple (it works for us) Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
