Real personal banking

For me the main reason for banking with Metro bank is that you can receive personal and business banking face to face with a real person. Not endless computer voices , call centres , if i have a problem i can go to my local branch and resolve it. Or as has happened a number of times they come to me. Banks are involved in some of the biggest decisions of your life and you want the reassurance of speaking with someone directly. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Beyond Expectation

I was not aware of Metro Bank until i had to register for business banking with the company I work for. Brilliant service. Brilliant customer support. A real pleasure dealing with the bank and its wonderful staff. I love that I can walk into a bank, and get helped by real people. Always very helpful and genuine

I had to get my statements for my accountant in pdf file and the person helping me with it worked for more than half an hour to achieve the result I needed and was happy to do it, even having to get other staff to help out as mine was a first and new request for them! Always open

I moved to Metro when my old bank closed all it's branches. Metro were really efficient at getting everything switched, they are friendly and approachable, and I've never had to query anything as their online portal is so straightforward and user friendly. The branches are open when I need them, and I love that it feels like I'm checking into a fancy hotel rather than inconveniencing an employee by being there! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
