What you need - delivered fast, competently and friendly

We are a small club and needed to open a current account. Metro Bank offered clear, easy to understand information of what we needed to do to open an account. Our Local Business Manager was very helpful and responded promptly to all questions we had both before and after opening the account. As the club's treasurer I am managing the account via the bank's smart phone app. Compared to other apps that I am using privately I find the Metro Bank app better designed, easier to use and having a faster response. Metro Bank is a rare efficient bank with accessible branches on those occasions when dealing with either internet or telephone banking is insufficient. Always get put through to a actual human rather than bots on set menus. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Real personal banking

For me the main reason for banking with Metro bank is that you can receive personal and business banking face to face with a real person. Not endless computer voices , call centres , if i have a problem i can go to my local branch and resolve it. Or as has happened a number of times they come to me. Banks are involved in some of the biggest decisions of your life and you want the reassurance of speaking with someone directly. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
