Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Straightforward, good customer service and easy interface

Compared to other banks I have used for business banking, Metro is definitely the best. Putting cheques in at the post office is simple and they provide envelopes which feels more secure than other banks. The online interface is easy to use and easy to search and export, plus it integrates well with our online accounting. Good customer service whenever needed. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
