Best bank ever!

Very Accessable

Can actually speak to real people

This is a refreshing way of banking . Any questions or issues I can call/E mail real people without having to go round Round and round in circles wrestling pages of FAQ and AI! No open banking support ...

Branch banking is second to none with respect to opening hours, customer service and speed to resolution of problems. After many years of promising, there still is no significant open banking support (ability to connect to third party business systems) compared to competitors. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021
