Personalised banking at its best

Amazing Service and Attention to Detail

I could not recommend Metro Bank enough to family, friends and business owners. I was a bank manager for Nationwide Building Society and this is where I bank and have done for 15 years, however when I started my new job and was introduced to the metro Bank I have to say I was blown away. In fact I moved my 2 current accounts and children's accounts to Metro and closed my Nationwide ones. I thrive on excellent customer service and have to say Metro have it all. From walking into the branch I can't believe that in less than an hour I walked out the branch with 2 new current accounts and a the debit cards fully activated. Great personal touch was Metro merchandise, Pens, Lollipops and a savings box for each of my 3 children. Reviewed on: 8th March 2021
