Why would you bank anywhere else?

This is a bank that is opening branches, has longer opening hours including Sunday. Metro bank are there for the benefit of the customers and is not about putting profits above service. Reviewed on: 7th March 2021

Best bank for me

When I went into business about 3 years ago I approached my previous bank to set up a business account and they rejected me for no reason after a 2-week delay. The next day I walked into a Metro branch without an appointment and walked out two hours later with it all set up and running. No contest! Reviewed on: 6th March 2021

Great Customer Service

I have had business banking through MetroBank for nearly 10 years now and wouldn't take my business anywhere else ! The customer service advisors are second to none, and if they can't help immediately they will get someone to help straight away to solve an issue.
